IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Loretta Ann
Haun
August 23, 1966 – October 22, 2025
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." – 2 Timothy 4:7
Loretta Ann Haun, 59, of Haughton, Louisiana, went home to be with the Lord on October 22, 2025. She was born on August 23, 1966, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Herbert and Juanita Sipple.
Loretta was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose heart overflowed with love for her family and her Savior. She is survived by her beloved husband, John Haun; her children, Heather Weldon (Steve), William Haun (Mackenzie), and Jamie Fleming (Brent); her cherished grandchildren, Matthew Sipple (Maeli), Madison Hooker (Hunter), Kayla Duke (Dan), Kelli Davis (Avery), and Caden Fleming; and her precious great-grandchildren, Huntley, Nash, Parker, Harland, and Tatum.
Loretta was an amazing Christian woman who touched every life she encountered. She had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. Her faith in God was unshakable—she trusted Him through every season of life. "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me." – Psalm 28:7
She loved quilting, especially making blankets for all her "babies." Each stitch carried her warmth, care, and prayers. Loretta's love for her family was endless, and her faith was the guiding light that shaped her life. "She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come." – Proverbs 31:25
Loretta loved her church and her church family deeply. She was the light in every dark place—a reflection of God's love and grace. Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing she now rests in the arms of her Savior. "Well done, good and faithful servant... enter into the joy of your Lord." – Matthew 25:23
