Lonnie Jacobs, 70 passed away May 7, 2020. He was born on December 18, 1949 in Pleasant Hill, La. to Ben and Ruby Jacobs. He was raised in Shreveport and moved to Mansfield, La. to work in the Oil Industry. He resided in Shreveport at the time of his passing.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ben and Ruby Jacobs. Brothers Franklin and Billy Ray Jacobs. Sisters Betty Jeter, Jearline Clark, Frances Dickerson, Joyce Jordan, and Sherry Hale.

He is survived by his former wife of 40+ years Bobbie Deason. Daughters Kathy Myers and husband Richard, Donna Jacobs Forrest and husband Jacen. Grandchildren Kavan Love, Kyra Love, Keith Love, Jayden Jacobs, Jace Forrest. Brother Tommy Ray Jacobs and Sister Catherine Dickerson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
