Memorial services for Mrs. Linda Lou Bounds Meade, age 68 of Shreveport, Louisiana will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Aulds Funeral Home in Shreveport, LA.  Mrs. Meade passed away on Saturday morning, November 26, 2022.

Linda Lou Bounds Meade was born on September 3, 1954, in Carthage Texas to George Ervin Bounds and Wanda Lou Bounds. She graduated from Carthage High School with the class of 1973.  Linda married Anthony (Tony) Wayne Meade on June 1, 1973, in Carthage, Texas.  Mrs. Meade loved her family dearly.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents George Ervin and Wanda Bounds and her son Jamie Scott Meade.

She is also survived by her husband of over 49 years, Tony Meade of Shreveport, Louisiana; two sons, Jeremy Meade and wife Heather of Shreveport and Jared Meade and wife Shondra of Shreveport; one daughter, Jennifer Sebren and husband Jonathan of Bethany, Louisiana; three brothers and their wives, Greg and Joanna Bounds of Henderson, Texas, Galen and Karen Bounds of Marshall, Texas, and Guy and Andrea Bounds of Longview, Texas; grandchildren, Brenden Meade and his wife Madison, Brooke Meade, Brianna Meade, Rylee Meade, Kayden Meade, Baylee Wiggins and husband Nic, Faith Sebren, and Bubba Sebren; one great-grandson Weston; and twins on the way.  Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends also survive Mrs. Meade.
