Lesli Nicole Brewster, 42, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on August 19, 2021 from a short illness.  Even though she was a month late coming into this world, she left it entirely too soon.

Lesli has lived for the most part of her life in the Shreveport area.  She graduated from MacAuthur High School in Houston, Texas in 1998 with her cosmetology license.  She lived in Wood River, Illinois and worked for Fantastic Sam's for a short while.  Most recently,  Lesli was a hairstylist for Saturday's Hair Salon located on Youree Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana.  No matter where she has worked, she was loved and cared about her by her clients and co-workers.

Lesli was preceded in death by her grandmother, Goldia R. Brockus, of Shreveport, Louisiana; her father, Johnnie B. Brewster Jr., of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana; and grandparents, Johnnie and Dorothy Brewster, of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana.

Lesli is survived by her two children, Audree E. Brewster and Kaden M. Stiles.  Lesli devoted her life to these two!; her mother, Sherri L. Kane, of Shreveport, Louisiana; grandfather, Maynard K. Miller, of California; sister, Tonja Kaliszewski (Scott); aunt, Lorri R. Moon, of Blanchard, Louisiana; uncles, Stephan G. Mullins (Wanda) and Troy Burton (Chrissy), of Tennessee and Bradley Mullins, and David Morrison, of Shreveport, Louisiana.  And many nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 there will not be a memorial service at this time.  There will be an announcement posted on Facebook in the future when we are able to plan one.
