Funeral Services for Lance Shockley will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday May 10 ^th , 2023, at Springhill Cemetery in Ringgold, LA. Officiating the service is Bro. David Murphy

Lance entered this world on October 19 ^th 1971, and passed from this world on May 8 ^th , 2023. He was loved by many and brought laughs and smiles to everyone he met. He loved the outdoors and St. Jude.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Jimmy Shockley and Margie Preuett Shockley, his daughter Katie Lynette Shockley, brothers Lawrence Shockley and Bill Shockley. He is survived by his daughter, Krista, sister Gayla Mitchell of Elm Grove, brother Jim Shockley and wife Debra of Shreveport, LA, and brother Mike Shockley. Nieces and Nephews, Tiffany and husband Randy, Joe and wife Chasity, Bradley, Kyndal, Ashley, Shea, Logan, Lexi, Kambree, & Erin, along with numerous friends and other relatives.

Pallbearers are Randy McClain, Jason Huster, Ken Johnson, Joe Mitchell, Logan Mitchell, Dennis Mitchell, Jim Shockley. Honorary pallbearers are Nick and Dakota Dean, and David Sherrer.

The family asked in Lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude In honor of Katie Shockley.

The family would like to extend gratitude to the Carpenter House in Shreveport, LA for making his last few days peaceful and comfortable.
