Shreveport, LA – A visitation/service celebrating the life of Ladonna Marie Foster will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Aulds Funeral Home with Rev. Lynn Foster officiating. There will be a short service from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Visitation will follow from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Family visitation is from 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Aulds is located at 7849 E. Kings Hwy, Shreveport, LA 71115.

Donna, as her family and friends knew her, was born on July 2, 1965, in Shreveport, LA and entered into rest on February 5, 2022, in Bossier City, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents: Kenneth Avery Foster and Carolyn Janet Hay.

Donna was a 1983 graduate of Coushatta High School. Although she spent most of her life in the Coushatta, Shreveport, Castor areas, she also briefly lived in Nebraska and California. Throughout her life, Donna never met a stranger. Her most enjoyable times were spent with her close friends: Lynette Maxfield, Sarah Eddington, and Pam Massery as well as her beloved Pomeranian, Remy.

She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Anne Leone from Natchitoches; brother Thomas Gregory Foster and wife, Sharron from Haughton, LA; sister Teresa Bryan and husband Tim from Geneva, NY; nephew and nieces Stefan Jacob Foster, Emma Rebekah Foster, and Sarah Noelle Foster from Haughton, LA; Uncle Lynn Ray Foster and wife Malinda from Bossier City and a host of many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

The Foster family would like to extend a special thanks to Lynette Maxfield for always being there for Donna and for all that you have done and continue to do. We would also like to thank the many doctors and hospital workers that have aided in the care of Donna throughout the years. A very special thanks to the staff at Cornerstone Specialty Hospital of Bossier City for their attentive and compassionate care of her during her last days.
