With profound sadness we announce the passing of Kirk Michael Thomas, loving father, husband, and friend, on October 16, 2020.

Born on April 7, 1976 in Niskayuna, NY, raised in Mansfield, LA and his final home in Livingston, LA. He worked as a truck driver for Stranco for many years. He enjoyed driving trucks, riding motorcycles, coaching youth baseball, spending time with family, and everything Halloween. He was already starting with his pranks and looking forward to all the activities.

He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Amanda and their children Jayden, Cayden, and Gavin, his daughters Dawn Parker, Kirstin Hayes, and Gabbi Bass, his son MJ Gentry, granddaughter Halie Hayes, parents Linda Thomas-Aldrich and Raymond Thomas, parents-in-law Larry and Barbara McMorris, brother Jimmy Thomas and wife Nikki and their children, brother Jamie Thomas, sister Carrie Thomas and Steve and their children, and a large host of extended family and friends.

Preceding him in death is his sister Deanna England, brother Paul Thomas, and nephew Micheal Peacock.

Visitation was held at Aulds Funeral Home in Shreveport, LA on Oct. 22 with funeral services on Friday Oct. 23 at 1pm and burial following at Highland Cemetery in Mansfield, La.
