A Time to be Born . . .

Kerrol Kendrick Edgerson was born to Kenneth Joseph Edgerson Sr. and Lynda Baham Edgerson on August 29, 1987 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a healthy 9 lb 5 oz baby. Kerrol was the Godchild of Lisa Edgerson and Kevin Howard. He was called by friends and family and all who knew him: "K-Bone or Kerrolbone." He passed away suddenly in his sleep on December 29, 2019.

A Time to Prepare…

Kerrol attended Marion Abramson High School and graduated from Southwood High School in 2006. He then graduated from Ayers Career College with a Technical Degree in Home Electronic Technician.

A Time to Love . . .

Kerrol was united in holy matrimony on July 15, 2017 to Charlsie Vaughan in Greenwood, La. To that blessed union, three beautiful sons were born: Kalob Eric Edgerson (Erica), Kairee Kendrick Edgerson, and Kerrol Kaden Edgerson. Kerrol was a devoted husband and a loving and protective father. Spending quality time with his family was a high priority for him. Kerrol was a giving, kind, and trusting person, with a magnetic personality that attracted many friends. Kerrol never met a stranger. He had many passions from vacationing with family, gaming with friends, an avid shoe and hat collector, and a Die Hard SAINTS fan. "WHO DAT!"

A Time to Laugh . . .

Kerrol was very witty, funny and loved to tell jokes. He always brought laughter and life to the room. Many of you may know that Kerrol was a prankster. He even got his sons and niece involved in them. He and Kalob purchased fart in a can and he would walk around in the mall and spray the fart and then walk away while others ran holding their noses. Even early on in his childhood he once decided to hide in his closet to avoid going to school by concealing himself under piles of clothes until Kyle blew his cover, but Mom and Dad never found out.

A Time to Embrace . . .

Kerrol was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Otis C. Baham Sr. and Chris B. Edgerson Sr.; his grandmothers, Amanda B. Baham and Noel L. Edgerson; grandfather, William K. Sweet; uncles, Otis C. Baham Jr., Everette Baham Sr. and Chris B. Edgerson; and aunt, Karen Edgerson.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories his wife, Charlsie Vaughan Edgerson; sons, 11 year old Kalob Eric Edgerson, 4 year old Kairee Kendrick Edgerson and 7 week old Kerrol Kaden Edgerson; parents, Kenneth J. and Lynda B. Edgerson; father-in-law, Kevin Vaughan; mother-in-law, Olivia Coverston; brothers, Darrell Wagner, Ryan Foster (Zanetta), Kenneth J. Edgerson Jr., and Kyle B. Edgerson (Cassidy) and Jaz Donaldson (Yareli), sister, Tasheba Calney; nephews, Jacob Kellogg; nieces Kylise Edgerson and Scarlett Edgerson; brother-in-laws, Westin Vaughan and Brandon Kellogg; uncles, Norman Bickham (Janie), Clarence Bickham (Karen), Rodney Baham, Kevin Baham (Lisa), Michael Edgerson, David Edgerson, Anthony Edgerson and Chuck Vaughan (Linda). Aunts, Leatrice Johnson (Travis), Marie Edgerson (Nooney) Edgerson, Carol Edgerson, Dianne Talton, Stephanie (Red) Mathieu, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friend who loved him dearly.

Services will be held at Auld's Funeral Home, 7849 E. Kings Hwy, Shreveport, LA 71115.  Viewing will be at 12:00 PM followed by the funeral at 2:00 PM. Honorary Pall Bears will be Darrell Wagner, Kenneth Edgerson Jr., Kyle Edgerson, Ryan Foster, Rochard McAfee, Lawrence Cheneau, and Jacob Kellogg.
