Keith Bogan

May 10, 1955 - September 9, 2019

Keith Bogan was born to Leon "Man" and Eloise Bogan.  He attended Atkins Elementary, Linwood Junior High and Woodlawn High School of Shreveport, LA.

Keith was a well known football quarterback and Mr. Woodlawn 1974.  He was well loved by his many friends, loved to "see and be seen" and had a big smile that went along with the long-drawn out stories that he loved to tell.

Playing pool was a favorite past time for Keith and he could often be found with friends that loved the game, as well.

Keith never married, never had children of his own, but was a favorite uncle to his niece Angel Bogan LeBlanc and nephew Cody Bogan, who both loved him very much.

He is survived by his childhood wrestling buddy, his brother, Dale Bogan and wife Pam. Keith and Dale often worked together as drywall finishers, a skill handed down to them by their Daddy.

Also, left to cherish his memory, his "favorite" sister, Toye Bogan, who was constantly "trying to talk some sense into him-but you know him"

Keith was greatly loved nd will be missed by niece Angel Bogan LeBlanc and husband Barry, nephew Cody Bogan and wife, Rebecca, great nephews Braden LeBlanc and Dylan LeBlanc, great nieces Ava Reese Bogan, Haven Angel LeBlanc and Adley Kate Bogan.

Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. followed by a service honoring his life at 11:00a.m. Thursday, September 12 at Trinity Baptist Church 5895 W. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop in Shreveport.  Burial will be at New Ebenezer Cemetery in Castor, LA.
