Judy Keene Free has made her journey home to be with her Lord  and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born September 4, 1945, in Shreveport and passed into eternity on December 6, 2025. A private memorial will be held at a future time.

Judy grew up in Shreveport and was a graduate of Woodlawn High School. Her love for the gospel and people led her to become an ordained minister in 2010. She never met a stranger and would give all she had to help someone in need.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ervin and Doris Keene; Husband, Edward Free; Sons, Aaron Free and Todd Free; Daughter, Shelby LeAnn Free and Brother, Gayle Keene.

Survivors include Granddaughter, Melissa Polk Russell and husband Daniel of Oklahoma; Brother, Tommy Keene of Shreveport; Sisters, Linda Hudson and husband Wendell of Keithville and Annette Crook and husband Ron of Shreveport. Also, left to cherish her memory are several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Garden Park Nursing Home and LifePath Hospice for all the love and support shown to Judy and her family.
