JOYCE JACOBS JORDAN of Shreveport, La passed Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 71 years of age. Born in Pleasant Hill, LA on June 5, 1946 she was a loving and devoted Daughter, Mother and friend. Most of all Joyce was a role model who made countless sacrifice for her family and was always there no matter the circumstance. Survived by two brothers, one sister and her four children, James Jordan and his wife Julie of Plain Dealing, LA, Brenda Price of Shreveport, LA,  Michael Jordan and his wife Carrie of Houston,TX and Jeremy Jordan and his wife Terri of Benton, LA.  Also survived by 11 grandchildren, Crystal Barnes, Krickette Wimer, James Lee and Brittany Jordan; Josh, Brandi and Stephon Jordan; Cecelia and Bailey Smith; Jeremiah and Josiah Jordan; 9 Great grandchildren and one Great great grandchild.  Preceded in death by her parents, Ben And Ruby Slay Jacobs of Shreveport, LA; six siblings and Grandson, Christopher Price.  Family and friends are invited to an intimate memorial service Saturday, March 10, 2018, 3:00 pm at Stonewall United Pentecostal Church,1709 Hwy 171, Stonewall, LA 71078.
