Johnny W. Spicer, Jr., age 49, of Shreveport, LA, died Monday, February 16, 2009, at his residence. He proudly served his country as a part of the US Navy. Memorial services will be 11:00am, Friday, February 20, 2009 at Shreveport Bible Church, 4761 Bert Kouns Ind.
