Johnnie Edward Williams, age 72, of Elm Grove, LA, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at his residence. Arrangements are being handled by Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, LA. A memorial service will be at Aulds Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM Friday, May 8, 2009 . He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover Williams and Kerry (Brown) Williams. Left to cherish his memory are is also survived by his wife Minnie Carolyn (Taylor) Williams; three daughters, Carolyn Sue (Williams) Murphy, Patricia (Williams) Lund, and Janice Louise (Williams) Williams; four sons, Johnny Williams, Jr., Marshall Williams, Frank Williams and Ricky Earl Williams; one brother, Lonnie Williams; twenty six grandchildren (especially "Bubba"); thirteen great-grandchildren, special pal "Duke" as well as a host of friends.
