Johnnie Lee Clark, age 85, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, April 10, 2023. She was born in Waskom, Texas to Joe Burroughs and Susie Lindsay on September 7, 1937. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and even great great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband John Clark, Sr.; two children, John Clark, Jr., and Debra Clark Nelson; two brothers and two sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children Shena Clark, Cecil Clark, Veronica Davenport, LaFrancier Clark, and Annette Clark Davenport; 24 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren; brother David Lindsay; sisters Susan Ann Wiggins, Nettie Ellis, and Lula Backus.

A wake will be held from 1-3pm Friday, April 14, 2023 at Aulds Funeral Home Chapel in Shreveport. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Shreveport, Louisiana.
