John Everett, age 65, of Shreveport, LA, passed away on February 28, 2024 at a local hospital. He was born on July 19, 1958. John created a family whom he came to love and cherish dearly. He loved his spouse Daniel Spivey with all his heart and missed him so much. He worked many years for Dillards and Citgo. John was a lifelong Loretta Lynn fan. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his spouse of 42 years Daniel Mark Spivey; parents Harold and Bobbie Everette.

He is survived by his biological mother Ruby Crawford; sister Debbie Winter; Geralyn Gramm and Joe Barrington and their children Jim, Steven, and Jack West, Sadie Hicks, Heavelyn Bailey, Hope and William Bradley, and Maverick Swilley; numerous special friends who were always checking on him.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Aulds Funeral Home from 1-2pm. A funeral service will follow at 2pm.
