Jo Ann Carroll was born January 15, 1935, in Arp, Texas, to the late Cohn Lee Garrett and Abilene Freeman Garrett.  She passed away on January 24, 2019 after a lengthy illness.  She was 84 years old and was under Hospice Care at home.

Jo Ann's husband of 63 years, Lavelle  Carroll, passed away on September 5, 2017.

Survivors include her children, Michael Carroll and Julie Carroll Singels.
