Jimmy Dale Sims, 57, aka Big Jimmy of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017.

Big Jimmy was born on February 13, 1960 in Arkansas to Richard and Betty Sims. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Big Jimmy is preceded by his loving parents, Richard(Pop) and Betty, his grandparents, his brothers, Champ and Henry, his sister, MaryAnn, and his daughter, Brittany.

Big Jimmy is survived by his daughter Jennifer, his brothers, Roy, Frankie, Michael, Richard, and Theodore. His sisters, Helen, Delores, Martha, and Linda. Grandchildren, McKenzie and Ruston. He has several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services were held at Aulds Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 2:00pm.
