Jesus Manuel Rosado, Sr., 66, of Haughton,LA died Tuesday, November 13, 2018 after an extended illness.

Born April 12, 1952 in Poce, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Manuel and Candida E. Rosado. At the age of 3, his family moved to Brooklyn, NY, where he was raised. Before moving to Louisiana, he attended a vocational school where he learned the skills of his trade as a watch repairman. He owned Rosado Watch and Jewlery Repair in Bossier City until his retirement in April of 2018.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Eddilberto Rosado, Edgar Rosado, and Raphael Rosado.

He is survived by two sons, Jesse Rosado and wife Andrea of Marshall, Texas and Trevor Rosado, also of Marshall; two daughters, Hannah Rosado of Marshall, TX and Bethany Rosado of Marshall, TX; two brothers, Fausto Rosado and wife Jenny of Bossier City, LA, and Robert Rosado of Brooklyn, NY; two sisters, Yolanda Santiago and husband Pete of Bossier City, LA, and Celeste Rosado of Brooklyn, NY; one granddaughter Gabriella Lopez of Marshall, TX, and numerous special nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 1:00pm at The John 3:16 Church, 6035 Fairfield Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71106.
