Jeannette "Libby" Phillips 71, of Bossier City, LA passed away
Sunday, October 16th at Willis Knighton Pierremont Hospital. She
was born in Lake Charles LA on August 14, 1951 a daughter of
Jeanette and Edward Hebert. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, hiking,
scuba diving and traveling. But, most of all she loved spending time
with her grandchildren; Sierra, Jayden, Avery, Jude and Kylie. She
was predeceased by her husband William "Billy" Phillips and her son
James. She is survived by, her 4 sons; Chris and Tracie Phillips of
Biddeford ME, Obie Phillips of Rawlings WY, Josh and Stephanie
Phillips of Bossier City LA and Josy and Jennifer Phillips of Bossier
City LA. A private service will be held for immediate family at Auld's in
Shreveport LA.
