On Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 10:18pm a beautiful lady with a heart of gold went on her journey to her heavenly home. Waiting with open arms were her parents Gordie & Lockie Prudhome, her son Ronnie Dowden, husband Herman Rogers, brother James Prudhome, sister Sybil Woods (6-5-25), niece Tammy Watson, great niece Briana Smith (that nicknamed her Jeanie Wienie), and her brother-in-law Rodney Marrs.

Left to cherish her memory is her baby son Joey Dowden, sister Betty Marrs, grandsons Seth Dowden and wife Tabitha, Noah Dowden and wife Jennifer, Nathan Dowden and his Mom Sonya, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Joey Dowden, Matt Marrs, Seth & Noah Dowden, Mellonda Wise, and Jessica Shaffer. Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Dowden and Steven Dowden.

Visitation will be at 1pm with service at 2pm at Beulah Baptist Church in Many, Louisiana on Friday June 13, 2025, with Bro. Wayne Chance officiating.
