James "Jamie" Edward Kelly, Jr. was born November 4, 1979, to James Sr., also known as B.B. and Judy Kelly in Bossier City, Louisiana. After attending Northwood High School, James met his love, Kimberly and they were married July 26, 2003.

James was a simple man many people knew they could depend upon for a helping hand. Together he and Kim traveled managing their business on the road, Kids N Kream II, making friends across the country and brightening the day of kids and adults alike bringing ice cream and goodies. James loved sharing time with family, friends and their fur babies Sissy and Rudy. He enjoyed live music and his favorite time of year was crawfish season.

James is survived by his wife of 21 years, Kimberly, his mother Judy Kelly, his father James Kelly, Sr, his sister Melissa Kelly Williamson and husband Rob, sister Regina Harville, and nieces and nephews, Kyle, Kellie, Brandon, Peyton and Mikal. He will also be missed by his father and mother-in-law, Mike and Connie Murph, brother and sister-in-laws, Michael and Jimi Murph and Laban and Melissa Levy. He will also be fondly remembered by numerous friends and family members.

Memorial services will be held at Auld's Funeral Home at 7849 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, Louisiana on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10am.
