Shreveport, LA - Jackie Dan "Jack" Bass, age 81, passed away Wednesday November 5, 2014. He was born August 6, 1933 in Wildhorse, OK to Chaunce Fenton Bass and Flossie Jane (Montgomery) Bass. He was a longtime oilfield worker. He is survived by his devoted wife Ethylean, daughters Jacquelyn Sue Bass of Shreveport, LA, Christina Lynn Garcia of Albuquerque, NM, his son David Fenton Bass of Ogalalla, NE, his sister Gerrie Lambrecht of Shreveport, LA, brother Ed Bass of McCook, NE, as well as many other family members, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jack was loved and cherished in this life and will be missed. There are no services scheduled at this time.
