Hervey Lindsey, Jr., age 77, of Keatchie, LA passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at Willis Knighton Hospital in Shreveport, LA. He was born November 2, 1940 in Coushatta, LA to Hervey Lindsey, Sr. and Maggie Wrayford Lindsey. He was an honest man, and full of integrity. He made a lot of deals with just a simple handshake and his word. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, and was a member of the local carpenters union.

Hervey was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Harrell Lindsey, Durwood Eloyd Lindsey, Joe Lindsey; two sisters, Beth Lindsey, and his infant sister years ago.

He is survived by his son, Hervey Lee Lindsey; grandson Colton Eugene Lindsey; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 11am until service time, which is at 2pm at Aulds Funeral Home on Friday, December 8, 2017. Patty Foster will be leading the services.
