IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Herman Lee
Jr
October 2, 1950 – January 18, 2025
Herman Lee Jr. was born October 2, 1950, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Herman Lee Sr. and Rubie Ward Lee. Herman Lee Jr. was preceded in death by his parents, whose love and guidance shaped the man we all knew and loved.
Herman (nicknamed Pee Wee) passed away on January 18, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and dedication to his family and loved ones. Herman served in the U.S. Army, where he trained in radiology and earned the rank of Sergeant (E-5). The skills he learned during his time with the Army served as the catalyst to an amazing 50+ year career in radiology. Outside of work, Herman found joy in woodworking, barbecuing, spending time outdoors and enjoying time with his family and loved ones.
Herman's family was his greatest pride and joy. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sharon Joan Lee, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and cherished memories. Together they have six children, Dawn Marie Lee, Jennifer Lynn Lee, Carl Travis Lee (Pam), Deanna Lisa Garibaldi, Dale Matthew Lee (Tomoe) and Johnathan Blake Lee (Christoper White). His legacy also lives through his grand and great-grandchildren, Don Giovanni Lee, Amaya Alex, Ashton Xavier Bennett, Jayden Matthew Lee, Divanni Don Martain, Hunter Logan Rubio, Cassidy Jade Lee, Jackson Wyatt Garibaldi, Kenzo Raiden Lee, and August Blaze Bennet. Herman also leaves behind his beloved brothers Anderson Ward (Ann) and Roy Lee.
