> Officiating will be Bill Kincade & Tom Lee.
> Gwen had been an accounting specialist with South Central Bell, trained in nursing and assistant for A.L. Wedgeworth MD for many years, a teacher at Shreveport Christian Academy, office manager for Lewis Furniture, and co-owner of Anchor RV & Mobile Home Park.
> She enjoyed the life of a Home Body, FaceBooking, and loving on the Fur-Babies.
> Gwen went home to be with the Lord on March 26, 2022 after a lengthy illness.
> She was born and raised in Shreveport LA.
> Her trophies she considers are the children she helped as a teacher and pediatric assistant and families helped with homes.
> She was preceded in death by her dad, Calvin Phillips and her mom, Mary Ann Phillips.
> She is survived by her husband of 42 years, James T. (Tom) Lee III and their daughter Candace Lee Audleman. She is also survived by two brothers: Charlie Phillips, his wife Ollie and Randy Phillips, his wife Regina. One uncle and aunt Benny and Eloise Walker. Many nephews, nieces, cousins, and a host of friends.
