Gregory E. "Gregg" Belcher, 68, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on October 26, 2025. He was born on August 9, 1957, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Gregg attended Judson Elementary, Lakeshore Junior High, and Simsboro High School. Gregg held numerous careers throughout his life, including serving as a firefighter before transitioning into entrepreneurship. He held a black belt in taekwondo and trained under Grandmaster Carroll Baker. He enjoyed fishing, billiards, Texas hold 'em, and playing board games such as Monopoly and Risk with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Walter "Gene" Belcher; mother, Georgia Belcher; father-in-law, Bobby Rawls; and mother-in-law, Tru Rawls.

He is survived by his spouse, Renette Belcher; children, Matthew Belcher and Sharye Belcher; sister, Dean Curry and husband Jerry; brother, Randy Belcher; grandson, Jax Belcher; nieces and nephews, Daymen Cude, Angel Pender and husband Chris, and Jason Belcher; friend, Stephen Price; and his dog Coco, who never left his side.

The family would like to extend thanks to his caretaker, Jacob Gates; CNA, Cassidy Carnline; RN, Renee Sugg; and the staff at St. Joseph Hospice.
