Gloria Jean Commander, age 79 of Bossier City, LA went to her eternal heavenly home on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 after a brief illness.  She was born June 6, 1941 in Shreveport, LA to Ronald E. and Jean Womack.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Denny Mac Womack; son, Lavaga Roy Neff.

She left to cherish her memory her son, Jamey D. Neff of Lake Charles, LA; granddaughter, Tanya (Jeremy) Nunez of Lake Charles, LA; grandson, Jonathan D. (Tanya) Neff of Tucson, AZ; step-daughter, Christina Commander of Sarepta, LA; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; special cousins, Roy Bates and Randy Bates of Bossier City, LA; a host of other family members and many friends.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will have a private graveside at a later date.
