Gene Elton Bailey, age 81, of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at a local hospital.  He was born in McDade, Louisiana to John Frank and Nona Grace Edwards Bailey.  He was known as a hard worker and was always busy with a task.  He proudly served his country in the National Guard.  He loved his family and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory are his son Brian Bailey and wife Michele, daughter Mandy Barker and husband Chanin; grandchildren Kade Bailey, Kyle Bailey and McKenzie Barker.

Graveside services will be held at 2pm Friday, April 14, 2023 at Springhill Cemetery in Ringgold, Louisiana.
