Born June 27, 1959, Freddie met his furbabies at the rainbow bridge on July 3, 2023, after fighting a 2-year battle with cancer.

Freddie was an animal lover who would stop at nothing to help any animal in need. His love for animals was kept him going.

Freddie is survived by his beloved mother Pauline Lott Gary, brothers Bruce Pate, Billy Lott, Jodie Gary and wife Sharon, and Glen Gary, Missing sister Rebecca "Becky" Gary, Joyce Lee, and newly found sister Bobbie Ratliff, daughter Heather McEachern, grandchildren Alexis, Jacob and Kaylee, niece Jamie Williams and husband Daniel. Also several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Jodie Ray Gary, brothers Junior Ray Gary and Charles Ray Gary.

A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Monday, July 10, 2023 at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, Louisiana 71115.
