Frances Louise Pine Bissell left us on September 12, 2019 of a prolonged illness.
Frances is preceeded in death by by Her mother Ola Ora Pine and her father David Pine both of Fouke, Arkansas, sister's Odell Wilson, Myrtis Mitchell, Annadell Dickey, Ruth Busby, Alice Vaughn, and Edith carpenter, and two brothers, Dick and Jack Pine.
Frances was born in Oil City, LA on May 17, 1944 and is survived by her husband of 53 years, Leman E. Bissell, one sister Maxine Crocker, two Children Donnie Bissell and Toni Bissell Venable, 4 grandsons, Blake and Corey Bissell and Brandon and Joel Legates and a daughter-in-love Janet Bissell and several nieces and nephews.
Frances loved cooking. Feeding people was part of her love language. She always loved singing in church.
She graduated nursing school in April of 1990 and became a deputy nurse for several years and worked as and LPN in various nursing homes.
She will be missed by her many friends and family.
