Keithville, LA - Funeral services for Floy Swayne, 70, of Keithville, LA will be held at 11 am Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Keithville with Mike Stowell officiating. Vistitation will be from 5-8 pm Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Keithville. Interment service will follow at church cemetery. Mrs. Swayne passed away January 12, 2013 due to a long battle with COPD. She was a homemaker and bookkeeper for the family business. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Keithville. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Gilbert Swayne, mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Elliott; sisters, Linda Gregory and husband Billy, and Donna Luper; sons, Jerry Russell and wife Vicky, Bobby Russell and wife Wendy; daughter, Sandy Young and husband Andy; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Chad, Brittany, Rhagen, Taylor, Madilyn and McKenzie; four great-grandchildren, Shyanne, Trinity, Raelynn, and Hayleigh. Honoring Floy as pallbearers will be Brandon Russell, Chad Russell, Joe Boswell, James Moore, Kevin House, and Jerry Owens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Keithville building fund.
