Evelyn Gail Copeland Hill transitioned on Friday January 3, 2024 Gail was born in Holly, LA to the late Annie Mae Carroll – Copeland and Deacon Floyd Copeland. She dedicated her life to Christ at an early age under the leadership of Rev R.S Smith at St. Mark Baptist Church, Holly LA.

She leaves to cherish her memory (1) son Franklin Hill of Houston, Texas (2) sisters Annie Lou Richardson Mansfield, LA. Shirley Williams Shreveport, LA (1) brother Barrett Copeland Shreveport, LA Alfred Lee Carroll deceased Houston, Texas Deceased two sisters Carolyn Titus, and Joyce Jett of Shreveport, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends as well as a favorite niece, Pritchere Carroll-Dillard of Houston, TX.
