Eugene F. Bamburg, age 60, of Shreveport, La passed away on Sunday August 1, 2021 after a brief illness. He was born December 17, 1960 in Cheyenne, Wyoming and moved to Shreveport, Louisiana as a young child. He was raised in a large family with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Eugene worked for Skyline Mobile Homes for over 20 years before retiring to spend time with family. In his spare time, he loved to go hunting with his sons and close friends. Some of his best times were shared at deer camp. He also loved watching his sons work on cars and going to the race track. His favorite activity recently was playing and laughing with his grandkids. Eugene would never miss a school function or dance recital. He will be truly missed by all.

Eugene was preceded in death by his dad; Bobby Bamburg. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Frances Bamburg; wife of 40 years Renee Bamburg; sons, Steven Bamburg and wife Amber and Brandon Bamburg and girlfriend Ayla; honorary sons, John Delille and Justin "Jughead" Hammontree; grandchildren, Dane, Gracie, Zoey "lil Red", Katie, Alayna, and William; granddog, Patch "stupid". Also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and a host of friends.

Services will be announced in the coming weeks when his mother can attend.
