Shreveport, LA- Funeral services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at Shreveport Baptist Temple. Officiating will be Bro. Howard H. Hall, Jr., assisted by C.L. Bourn. Interment will follow at Social Springs Cemetery in Hall Summit, LA. The family will receive friends from 9am to 11am Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Shreveport Baptist Temple.

Ethel McCrory Davis, 97, of Coushatta, LA passed away Sunday, August 14, 2016 in Shreveport, LA. Ethel lived a full life serving our Savior and was a devoted prayer warrior. She is survived by her children; Jimmy Davis of Keithville, LA, Olan Ray Davis and wife Ann of Keithville, LA, Faye Irvin of Shreveport, LA, Debra Hardy of Shreveport, LA, and Evelyn Sepulvado and husband Jeff of Shreveport, LA. Ethel is also survived by her grandchildren; Nina Goodrich, Terri Sue Parker, Jimmy Ray Davis, Christie McCarty, Eugene Fatheree, Michael Fatheree, Ronald Fatheree, Cheryl Fatheree, Misty Nye, April Lanier, Roxanne Ramsey, David Toal, Karen Gunn, and Susan Hardy. And numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Olan Davis, her daughter, Margie Fatheree, her parents and three siblings; Emmit McCrory, Arthur McCrory, and Myrtle Tingle.
