Eddie Dean Sanders was born February 23, 1955 in Brownwood, Texas and entered eternal rest on September 26, 2020.

Eddie is a beloved brother and uncle and is survived by his brothers and sister James Matthews of Muldrow, Oklahoma, Marvin Matthews of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Mickie Barlow of West Monroe, Louisiana, and Robert Buford of Commerce, Texas; and an abundance of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Eddie is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Dollie Mae Crossland Eastwood "Maw".

Formally of Dallas, Texas, Eddie spent much of his life in the telecommunications and hospitality industries. He loved riding his motorcycle, spending time with his nieces and nephews and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
