Shreveport, LA - Doris Louise Whatley passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 2:00am. The family will be receiving friends and family from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. on Saturday November 15, 2014 at Aulds funeral Home located at 7849 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, LA. Doris was born in Cedar Grove, La. on August 18, 1928. She is survived by her husband Donald Whatley and her two children Edwin Lynch and Lisa Lynch. The family would like to extend special thanks to Sharon Neil and Shermica Flowers at Pierremont HealthCare for their dedicated care and friendship. Also to the healthcare professionals at Nurse Care and Rehabilitation Center. A grave site service will be held November 16, 2014 at 2:00pm at Munnerlyn Chapel Cemetery Atlanta Mira Rd, Ida, LA 71044.
