In 1986 Dee met the love of her life Daniel Stuckmeyer and they wed on July 2, 1988. She was the life of the party! She was compassionate, funny, loving, spunky, artistic, and always up for a good time. She had many titles, but her favorite was Nanny.
Dee was preceded in death by her parents James and Charleen Dooley, brother Jimmy Dooley, in laws Bob and Peggy Stuckmeyer and precious grandson Jager Trace Arthur. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 35 years, Daniel Stuckmeyer, sons Phillip Arthur and wife Stacie, Bryan Stuckmeyer and wife Jana, Chris Arthur and wife Shawn, daughters Jennifer Dickerson and husband Beau, Ashley Klitzke and husband Krane. She was the best Nanny to 13 grandchildren Kyra, Lane, Raeann, Addison, Kason, Jordynn, Hudson, Grayson, Parker, Landry Kate, Jaxon, Tillman and Tinsley, sister Diane Gentry and husband Charlie, sister-in-law Gail Dooley and a host of nieces and nephews.
Dee was a founding member of the LIARS, Louisiana Independent Association of Recreational Specialist. She spent her spare time in her craft room, camping and spending time with her family and friends.
In remembrance of Dee's life, the family has asked in lieu of flowers any charitable donations be made to the Willis Knighton Cancer Center.
