Denise Hines was born January 6, 1959 and departed this world and entered her heavenly home on November 22, 2021 after a valiant struggle the past two years.

For those who knew Denise, she will be remembered as a person who was loving, happy, outgoing and full of energy.  She cared deeply about family, loved nature and working in her yard, and enjoyed creating memories with those whom she loved.  Denise was always laughing and created a loving, happy home.  If you needed a job done, Denise was the one you wanted working by your side.  She loved her many pets and loved children.

Left to cherish the memories they created is her husband, Greg Hines, with whom she joyfully shared life for over twenty-six years after a career as a RN.  Denise and Greg enjoyed traveling but loved just being home. She is also survived by her son, Anthony Ingorvaia and his wife who live in California and her grandson, Anthony Ingorvaia, Jr., stationed in Hawaii, her mother Margy Daugherty of Shreveport, her brother Michael Daugherty and his wife Patti and their three sons, David, John and Jesse and their families, her nephew Justin McNeese of Shreveport and his family, and nephew Jacob and niece Sarah.  Also remembering her will be Greg's brother Bob Hines and his wife Ann and their sons Rod and Trent, and Greg's sister Annette Lyons and her son Jay.

Preceding her in death were her father Harris Daugherty and his wife Nina, her sister Kathleen Bryant, her maternal grandmother Doris Fincher and grandfather Barney Carter, her paternal grandmother Verna and Clara Daugherty, Greg's parents Robert and Sybil Hines and Greg's niece Wendi.

When you think about Denise, remember her bright, smiling eyes and her joy.
