David Lee Slayton, of Stonewall, Louisiana was born on September 24, 1942, and passed away Thursday, June 12th, 2025.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Rayda Slayton; son, Tommy Slayton of Sacramento, CA.; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Gary Myrick of Riverside, CA; brother, Richard Slayton of Prescott Valley, AZ.; several nieces and nephews; stepson, Erin Riley; and a large extended family.

Celebration of his life to be held at his home at 3 PM on July 19th, 2025.
