Shreveport, LA - David Wayne Reed, age 56 died Saturday September 6, 2014 at University Health Center. David was born December 3, 1957 in Shreveport, LA. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, September 12, 2014 at the Aulds Funeral Home 7849 E. Kings Hwy. He was preceded in death by his father Joe Reed, Jr. and brother Butch Reed. He is survived by his mother Mable Reed, sisters Shirley Cory and husband Gene, Judy Reed, Linda Fielder and husband Johnny, Mary Sanchez and Brenda Meshell. Also many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr.'s Smart, Yeoh, Veluvolu, and Katz, also his friend Bob and his family. In lieu of flowers the family ask if you smoke please stop, if you don't please don't start.
