Daniel R Kosior, 80, of Plain Dealing passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sheila, and his two children Uriah Kosior and Eureeka Kosior as well as 3 grandchildren, Ryder, Jaydin and Harlee. He will be greatly missed by his brother in law and 4 sister in laws.

He was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Lorraine Kosior as well as a brother James.

Dan was a machinist until his retirement in 2015. He had a great passion for riding Harley Davidsons and rode up until the past few years. He was known for his creativity in his ability to build unique motorcycles as well as many arts/craft work.

There will be no services/memorial service at the family’s request
