Crystal Dawn Ashworth 41 of Bossier City, LA was born in Shreveport LA on July 18, 1978 and lived her whole life in Bossier. She is a 1997 Graduate of Bossier High School. She loved Arts and crafts, music, and spending time with her family and friends. After a long battle Crystal lost her fight with Cancer on August 3, 2019 in Bossier City, LA.

Crystal is proceeded in death by her Father George Ashworth Sr, Mother Mary Clark Ashworth, Brother Wade Ashworth, Sister Patricia Clark and many other love ones.

Crystal Ashworth is survived by her Brother George (Tommy) Ashworth JR and wife Meredith of Bossier City, LA, Brother Willie (Lee) Poole, Jr. and wife Iliana of Phoenix, AZ Many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews and was known by many as Aunt Crys. She is also survived by few Aunts and Uncles and many Cousins.

A memorial Service for Crystal will be held on August 8, 2019 at 1:00 pm at VFW Post 5951 located at 1315 Northgate Rd, Bossier City, LA 71112.
