Colton blessed our lives on February 24 th 1999, and on that day he began to defy the odds. Refusing to give up, his parents, Michelle and Rusty were determined to bring him home where he belonged.  Colton was welcomed home by his brothers Lee Tullis and Brandon Tullis (wife Truth), and his sister Lauren Jackson (husband Mikey); his grandparents Carol Stillwell, Larry and Theresa Stillwell, and Barbara and Jerry Tullis. Also, by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and a nephew.

With the will and determination of his family, teachers, and therapists Colton started his education at North Highlands, and then Alexander Learning Center where he eventually graduated. He then moved on to the home study program, where his loving caretakers helped him to complete all of his goals.

Colton's smile would light up a room. He loved music, stories, and a summer day in his pool. Colton may not have physically walked, but he left footprints on everyone's heart he came in contact with. Colton was called home on February 10 th , 2016. In order to keep his joyous spirit alive we ask that everyone come join us in a celebration of life, wearing bright colors, on February 13, 2016 at First Baptist Blanchard at 11:30 A.M. Following service there will be a luncheon at The Well. In lieu of flowers please make donations to a charity of your choice.
