Clinton "Lee" Wingfield (Ret. Navy), age 87, of Shreveport,LA passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 in a Shreveport hospital. He was born on May 11, 1928 in Winchester, Virginia to Roger and Catherine Wingfield. He served his country honorably as a veteran of World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam, receiving the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and National Defense Service Medal. He also served his community as a former Scout Master, youth sports coach, and was even a champion bowler.

Mr. Wingfield was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; Son Russell and Daughter Laura.

He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-one years Ruth Wingfield; three Daughters, Linda Mayo and husband Mike, Lois Brister and husband Robert, LeeAnn Sipes and husband Lynn; eleven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren, and one Sister Dot Lofton.

Graveside services will be 2pm Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the NW LA Veterans Cemetery with his grandsons serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 5-7pm Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Aulds Funeral Home in Shreveport.
