Clarence Wayne McCoy

On Thursday, June 9, 2022, Clarence Wayne McCoy passed away at the age of 73, he passed at his home in Bossier City, LA.

Wayne was born August 20, 1948, in Midland, TX to George James McCoy and Lena Hubbard McCoy. Wayne was preceded in death by his father George and his mother Lena.

Wayne is survived by his loving fiancé Kay Russell of 30 years, stepson George Ray, and his beloved fur baby Tinker.

Wayne is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, for his service he earned the good conduct medal. He served honorably in the Marines achieving the rank of Lance Corporal.

Wayne retired from Louisiana DOTD after working 20 years. He enjoyed his job, he made several good friends. After retiring his hobbies were fishing, yard work, loving and keeping Ms. Kay happy, in which he did an excellent job.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 5pm at Aulds Funeral Home Chapel in Shreveport.
