It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Christopher Louis Barlow, beloved father, husband, friend, veterinarian who passed away on March 9th, 2025, at the age of 49. Christopher was born on December 7th, 1975 in Ruston, LA.
He was an amazing and loving father and husband. His passion was caring for animals as a veterinarian, he graduated vet school in 2020 from Louisiana State University.
Christopher will be remembered for his love, care, compassion, and comedic timing. He was truly known for his smart-assery. He was the most amazing man. He was truly a caring father figure to anyone he spoke to.
He loved his family fiercely and fully. He is survived by his wife Kerri Barlow and three children Mallory (19), Zane (16), Maddlynn (14). He is also survived by his parents DeNeise and Roy and his brother Joseph and his wife Rebecca. Christopher was preceded in death by Mr. and Mrs. George J. Barlow and Vidalia Barlow and Mr. And Mrs. L.A. and Tallulah Nettles.
A celebration of life will be held at Seventh Tap Brewery on April 18th from 5-9pm. The family invites friends and loved ones to join us in celebrating his life.
