Cheryl lost her courageous battle with cancer Tuesday April 9, 2019 surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish her memory is her partner and soul mate, Daphne Hicks; her daughters Ashley, Karly, Danny and Amber, as well as 4 grandchildren and sister Joyce. Cheryl was a Pennsylvania transplant that made Louisiana her home. She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and checked off her bucket list a trip to ArrowHead Stadium for the Chiefs vs. Saints (Daphne's team). Also, she was a dog lover. She will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank her hospice nurse Kelly, Chaplain Brother Jim and their special family and coworkers.
