The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff of Garden Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, the nursing staff of Willis Knighton Pierremont and LifeCare Hospital/Pierremont for the care they showed our family during this difficult time. The family would also like to thank Monsignor J. Carson Lacaze, of the Cathedral of St. John Berchmans, for providing Mr. Kelly with the anointing of the sick before his death.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children in Shreveport, Louisiana or to the charity of the donor's choice in honor of C.L. Kelly.
