Charles William Walters, Jr. Was born on March 6, 1963 to Charles Walters, Sr. And Jean Walters in Oradell, New Jersey. He passed away on April 11, 2023 surrounded by loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Left to cherish his memories are his son Trey and daughter in law Jessica, his daughter Amanda, sister Dianne Robinson and brothers Frank Walters, Jimmy Walters, his grand daughters Holly Walters, Graycee Walters. Aubrey White and Ally White. Also, his first grandson Beau Riggs on the way and extended family and friends.

Charles was a devoted father and grandfather.  He was a great role model and loved his children and grandchildren.

He made an impact on so many people over the years as he either worked for and then owned Fleming Novelty for close to 40 years. If you either knew him or did business with him you knew he would do anything for anyone.

He loved fishing, hunting and bowling, playing pool and spending time with his family,  co-workers and friends. To him everyone was family. He will definitely be missed by everyone especially family.
