Memorial services for Charles R. Rowe, age 75, are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Woodridge Chapel in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Charles McInturf will be officiating the service. Charles passed away Wednesday February 25, 2015. He retired from AEP Swepco after 29 years of service. He is survived by his wife Elenare Creel Rowe, son Clayton Auguste Rowe, and sister Juanita Fitzpatrick and husband Rodney of Coral Springs, FL. He has several loving nieces, nephews and cousins . Charles was a 12 year survivor of Parkinson Disease. Instead of flowers please send to the Parkinson Memorial Fund .
